      • Added Bullseye to Talonhook.
      • When hitting a target with Mark of Death, a barrier equal to 15% of your entire HP will now appear for 3 sec.

      • Increased the Power of Hurled Sequential Riflefire by 5%.
      • Changed the controls for Boot to keyboard directions (W, A, S, D).
      • Changed Boot’s Barrier value from 30% → 20%.
      • Altered Penetrating Mortar now has Bullseye instead of Transcendent.
    • Elementalist
      • Increased the skill stacks for Measured Fiery Dash by +2.
      • Increased the basic Power for Shatter by 10%.
      • Added Transcendent attribute to Fiery Bolt.
      • Removed Stiffen from Fiery Bolt, Knockdown from Explosive Fiery Bolt, and Knockback from Amplified Fiery Bolt.
      • Changed the barrier duration of Active Magic Barrier to 5 sec.
      • Changed the DMG Taken reduction value of Active Magic Barrier from 20% → 10%. While the barrier is active, the skill will now grant Crowd Control Immunity, and the barrier cannot be cleansed.
      • Changed Shocking Frost Shield’s Frostbite duration from 3 sec → 2 sec, and added a Silence effect to the Frostbite effect.
      • Removed the teleporting effect when using Pyro Necklace [Amplified Magic]’s skill.
      • Added Barrier Cleanse to Frost Blast. Frost Blast has a 10% chance to remove the target’s barrier.
    • Mystic
      • Changed Altered Finelight from a channeling skill to a targeting skill that locks onto the target, and fixed an issue where it would apply to less than 5 allied targets when used.
      • Changed the recovery effect for Altered Finelight so that it does not only apply to players, but also to allied NPCs.
      • Changed Combined Lightsphere’s Power reduction amount from 20% → 10% reduction.
      • Changed Pervasive Lightsphere’s Power reduction amount from 30% → 15% reduction.
      • Changed Summon Focused Golem to create a barrier equal to 20% of your entire HP for 15 sec upon using the skill.
      • Changed Unrelenting/Restrained Vine’s ground-targeted effect duration from 8 sec → 5 sec, and changed the effect’s Bind and damage interval from 1 sec → 1.5 sec.
      • Changed Unrelenting/Restrained Vine’s Bind duration from 5 sec → 1 sec.
      • Changed Hurled Daybreak to be ground-targeted that aims to an area within a 21m range, and the skill will now grant an Invincibility effect to the caster and their allies who are within range.
      • Increased Hurled Daybreak’s cooldown by 30%.
      • Changed Verdant Gale’s (Mana Awakening’s Preparation Ultimate attack) heal Power to heal 4% of the target’s entire HP per tick.
      • Changed Verdant Gale’s healing effect to now heal Wounded targets.
      • Changed the floor effect duration of Hurled Daybreak from 5 sec to 3 sec and it now applies damage every 0.5 sec.
      • Increased the basic power of Brilliant Resonance from 336 to 386.
      • The “Stun” effect of Combined Brilliant Resonance now only applies to NPCs.
    • Warlord
      • Changed Impregnable Fortress’s “All DMG Reduction” from 50% → 65%.
      • Changed Shield Block’s Incoming DMG Reduction from 20% → 35%.
      • The explosion speed for Shocking Shield Crush was reduced by 50% compared to before.
      • Added an effect for the Compressed Shield Strike skill: hit targets with a 50% chance to increase the Power of all Ground Strike skills by 15% for 3 sec.
      • Reduced the PvP DMG for Shield Toss by 30%.
      • Removed the Block effect for Shield Crash, and added Block effect for Shield Bash.
      • Changed Shield Bash’s basic cooldown from 8 sec → 12 sec.
      • Added a 50% cooldown reduction effect when Accelerated Rush Strike successfully hits a target.
      • Changed Opportune Strike’s cooldown reset to a 60% cooldown reduction instead.
      • Changed Warspirit’s duration from 7 sec → 5 sec.
      • Changed Double Spiked Barrier’s (Mana Awakening’s Preparation Ultimate attack) Barrier effect value from 70% → 56%.
      • Added the Transcendent effect to Justice.
      • The “Airborne” effect of Explosive Justice now only applies to NPCs.
    • Slayer
      • Added a Shock Removal effect to the Bloodmoon (Basic/Attribute) skill.
      • Changed the basic cooldown for the Bloodstream Summon skill from 60 sec → 40 sec.
      • Changed the Bloodstream Summon skill’s Bloodstream effect of increasing caster’s ATK from 5% → 10%, and added a 10% DMG Taken reduction effect.
      • Displacing Blood Sword’s pull effect now has Bullseye instead of Transcendent.
      • Increased the basic power of Bloody Ruin from 152/167 to 182/200.
      • Increased the power of Displacing Bloody Ruin from 167 to 200.
      • Changed the power increase description of Balanced Bloody Ruin to 30% to match the actual increase effect.
    • Archer
      • Changed the Energy consumption reduction for targets hit by the Windforce Arrow effect from a 5% → 4% reduction.
      • Changed the Energy consumption reduction for targets hit by the Windforce Arrow: Enhancement (Quiver Charge) effect from 10% → 8% reduction.
      • Removed the Finishing Smite effect from the Destruction Arrow (Basic/Attribute) skill, and added the Finishing Smite effect to the Snipe skill.
      • Reduced the maximum charged basic Power for Snipe from 900 → 720.
      • The Hurricane Leap (Basic/Attribute) skill’s Hurricane Protection effect can no longer be cleansed, and added a Crowd Control Immunity effect during the duration of the Hurricane Protection effect.
      • Changed the Explosive Rapidfire skill’s PvE DMG to increase by 50%, and PvP DMG to decrease by 50%.
      • Changed the Transcendent Stun effect of Tornado’s “Stealth” effect when attacking enemies within 5m to a normal Stun.
      • The “Stun” effect of Snipe now only applies to NPCs.
    • Paladin
      • Changed the Mighty Brilliant Light Sword skill so that it is now a 3-hit combo skill instead of a 2-hit combo skill.
      • Changed the Pervasive Brilliant Light Sword skill so that when its projectile hits, the Rushing Light (Faith of Judgement) skill effect will now be applied.
      • Changed the Explosive Punishment skill’s Silence effect duration from 2 sec → 1.5 sec.
      • Reduced the Divine Punishment (Basic/Attribute) skill’s skill motion speed to be 30% shorter than before.
      • The Shield of Protection (Basic/Attribute) skill’s Metatron’s Judgment (Judgment/Protection) effect will now add a Wounded effect for 10 sec when hitting targets.
      • Party members targeted with the Supportive Shield of Protection skill will receive the Judgment of Light effect for 2 sec, and anybody that attacks them while they have the Judgment of Light effect will receive the Metatron’s Judgment effect.
      • Havoc Punishment and Amplified Punishment no longer consumes Will.
      • Decreased the fixed damage of Punishment from 3% to 2% of max HP.
      • Additional damage of Holy Punishment against PCs was decreased from 5% to 3% of max HP.
      • The “Knockdown” effect of Judging Light now only applies to NPCs.
      • Increased the basic power of Holy Strike from 180 to 270.
      • Removed the Bind transcendent property from Accelerated Holy Strike.
      • Increased the basic power of Blink Sword from 120/130/150 to 144/156/180.
      • Increased the basic power of Brilliant Light Sword from 180/220/100 to 216/264/120.
      • Added description to Displacing Holy Ground that the PvE DMG increase effect only applies to Holy Ground.
      • Using auto combat with a Paladin now maintains the use of the chosen Judgement.
      • The skill will be used properly even when the tab skill is changed by equipping a Pyro Necklace.

    • Elementalist 
      • Beaded Dreams
        • Added the Shock Removal effect so that Beaded Dreams can be used to remove Crowd Control effects.
        • Added a UI text that displays “Beaded Dreams” when it is being applied.
      • Amplified Magic
        • Added a teleportation effect which teleports you to 12m to the front when using the skill.
    • Mystic
      • Spirit King Totem
        • Changed the duration of Spirit King Totem from 20 sec → 10 sec.
        • Changed the increased stats effect duration from 2.2 sec → 5 sec.
        • Now has an effect which increases entire HP and Energy by 3% per sec while the caster and their allies are within the totem’s range.
    • Warlord
      • Ally Protection
        • The PvP DMG Taken Reduction for allies was changed from 30/35/40/45/50% → 40/45/50/55/60%.
      • Roar
        • The PvE DMG Increase was changed from 10/11/12/13/15% → 16/17/18/19/20%.
        • Hitting NPC targets with the Roar effect applied will reduce the Special Skill (Tab) of all targets by 0.6/0.7/0.8/0.9/1 sec. (Cooldown: 1 sec)
    • Slayer
      • Madness
        • Changed Madness duration from 15/16/17/18/20 sec → 8/9/10/11/12 sec.
        • Effect: Obtains Vigor every sec (max 5), 20% Critical Hit Rate for Dark attribute attacks, increases Critical Hit Power by 100%, does not consume HP when using HP consuming skills while in a Madness state.
        • Targets inflicted with Fear will receive Madness’s Fear Immunity Effect for 3 sec when the Fear effect ends.
      • Hysteria
        • Changed the duration for Hysteria from 15/16/17/18/20 sec → 10/11/12/13/15 sec.
        • Changed the DMG inflicted against bosses from 30% → 40%.
        • Effect: 20% Critical Hit Rate for Dark attribute attacks, increases Critical Hit Power by 30%.
    • Archer
      • Mysterious Arrow
        • Removed the Blind effect from the random effects applied, and will now only apply Silence or Morph.
        • Changed the skill’s basic cooldown from 40 → 60 sec.
        • When Mysterious Arrow hits a target, the caster will now obtain 5 Windforce Arrow charges.
      • Marksman
        • Changed the duration of Marksman from 20/21/22/23/25 sec → 15/16/17/18/20 sec.
        • When using the Marksman skill, the caster will now obtain 5 Windforce Arrow charges.
    • Paladin
      • Incarnation of Justice
        • Added PvE DMG +16/17/18/19/20% effect.
        • Changed Incarnated Fury’s Power to 500/550/600/650/700 → 800/850/900/950/1000.
  • Content
    • New Equipment Structure
      • The equipment structure has been updated – there are new ways to enhance new equipment, and you can dismantle your old enhancement materials to obtain new ones.
      • You can use the New Transition Item Direct Exchange Ticket to exchange your old equipment items with new ones.
        • The amount of Gold required increases depending on the item’s enhancement level.
        • The item’s itemlevel, stats, and certain effects will change, and you cannot restore them back to your old equipment once you exchange it.
        • The Random Effect, Enchants, and Soul Stone slots will stay the same.
        • However, the Random Effect and Enchants will be removed for Legacy of Harth and Brilliant Legacy of Harth items, but the Soul Stone slots will stay the same.
        • Exchanged items are bound to the character that used the exchange ticket.
        • Spirit weapons can be exchanged with Moment of the Steal Weapons, and Bailiff Equipment can be exchanged with set items.
        • Damaged Breakthrough equipment items cannot be exchanged.
        • Exchanged equipment will not retain their Metaphormosis appearance, if one is applied.
        • Only +10 or higher Epic grade equipment (excluding Legacy of Harth items) can be exchanged with the new equipment items.
        • The amount of gold required and resulting enhancement level for exchanging existing equipment items are as follows:
      • Legendary/Set equipment exchange: Sharp Senses, Legacy of Swiftness, Cycling Wisdom, Radiant Honor, Executor’s Vigor, Brilliant Honor Equipment.

      • Style equipment can now be dismantled, for which you can obtain Magic Yarns.
        • The higher the style equipment level, the more Magic Yarns you will receive upon dismantling.
        • You can fuse Magic Yarns in bulks of 10, 100, and 500 with a new fusion method.
        • Dismantling +10 style equipment gives Radiant Cloth Essence, which can be registered to the Collection Book.
        • You can exchange the yarns for various items at the Magic Yarn shop, such as Silk/Silvery/Golden/Magic Yarn, which can also be registered to the Collection Book.

    • Legendary Artifacts
      • Added Legendary grade artifacts.

        • Wingsuit and Runestone entries will be returned as dismantled items.
        • Return function for accessories and belts will be added at a later date.
      • Improved the UI and sort mechanism of the Collection Book.
      • Enhancement material Collection Book entries have been disabled.
    • Pirate Ships
      • This content has been disabled.
      • Collection Book items previously obtainable from Pirate Ships can now be obtained from Poison Mist Port.
    • Realm War
      • Improved the Realm War as below.
        • Increased the overall skill power to allow Lieutenant Commander to protect his/her allies.
        • Increased the power of the skills that can be used while riding a dragon.
        • Placed additional Portable Ballistas/Howitzers to the Realm War regions and decreased their HP.
      • You can now only receive rewards from Realm War after acquiring at least 5,000 personal points.
      • Added Commander exclusive entry to Realm War.
        • Honor Point ranks 1st to 10th players can use Commander exclusive entry, up to 5 per region.
        • Those eligible for Commander entry cannot use the normal entry.
      • You can now use Spirit items to transform within Realm War.
        • Spirit items must be used after you enter Realm War. Any used before entering will be removed.
      • Commander chat and realm ping can now be used during Realm War.
    • Other
      • Added Enhancement Rate Aids as Honor Points Rank rewards for different ranks.
      • Added enhancement aids of different ranks to “Rank Reward Box” and changed its random components to “Safe Enhancement Tool” and Magic Stones.
      • Added Clan Instant Enroll feature.
        • You can select this feature from Clan Recruitment Settings > Clan Privacy Settings.
      • Your party state will no longer be removed even if you move to the 1F or 2F from the lobby of the Shrine of Greed while in a party.
      • Changed the level restriction of the recovery effect in Combat Assist settings from level 40 to 36.
      • Reduced equipment repair cost.
      • Any Transcendent Runestone effect activated will now be applied to your character first before other NPCs within the effect range.

      • Runestone slots will now increase by 1 for each enhancement level (0/5/10/15) for existing Legendary grade equipment.

      • Monster invasions and guardian appearances in conflict zones will now only happen in conflict channels.

    • Changed the Daily Dimensional Portal usage time from 1 hour to 30 minutes.
    • The Black Mecha Basin Dimensional Portal is now connected to Malignant Boundary/Executioner’s Front Fortress and entrance fees will be accumulated.[Secret Sea]
      – A new Dimensional Portal has been added that consists of neutral zones. When defeating a boss monster, only the realm that has dealt the finishing blow will get boss elimination rewards.[Palace of Opportunity]
      – You can now use the Palace of Opportunity upon completing the quest [Story] Martyr’s Bedchamber, [Story] Dragongrind Slope, or [Trade] Trader in the Sky.
      – Moved the Palace of Opportunity Dimensional Portal to Dragongrind Slope and Martyr’s Bedchamber.
      – The Combat Assist system can now be used from level 36.
      – Added the Beginner level, where you can acquire a small quantity of rewards.
  • Life & House
    • Added crafting methods for new equipment items to the Weapon/Armor Shelf.
      • Obtain Enhanced Equipment Box by achieving Major Success in weapon/armor crafting and use the box to obtain enhanced equipment items.
      • Changed the materials required for crafting Weapon Memory Crystal, Armor Memory Crystal, and Propulsion Enhancer.
    • Added a crafting method for Mana Control Stone to the Alchemy Shelf.
    • You can no longer obtain sunk items by fishing.

    • Removed the Rare Skill Attribute items given as Pioneer rewards when completing all quests of each region.
      • You can now acquire Rare Skill Attribute Exchange Ticket as a quest completion reward.
      • Exchange the ticket for an item of your choice at the Skill Attribute Merchant’s Rare Skill Attribute Shop (Ticket).
    • You can now acquire Rare Skill Attribute Exchange Ticket as an additional reward for certain story quests.
    • Partially changed the text in Challenge-related guide quests.
    • Added a guide quest for the Palace of Opportunity Dimensional Portal.
    • The Training Field guide quest has been changed as follows:
      • After completing the Virtuoso of Equipment Enhancement quest, you can enter the Hall of Honor, and the entry level for the Training Field was changed to Lv. 33.
      • Starting from Lv. 33, you can fight against Training Cadets of all stages of the Training Field.

    • Added an option in the Arena UI that you can select if you wish to not be matched with players who have a 100 or more skill rating gap.
  • UI
    • Changed the location of the icon that appears when using Party Finder so that it does not overlap with the Arbitration/Conflict Channel mark.
    • Additional effects for different enhancement levels will now appear summarized in equipment descriptions and runestone slots will be arranged horizontally.
      • You may see the item description window by using Alt + left click on the equipment and your equipped runestones by hovering the mouse over runestone slots.
    • Unified in-game Critical Hit descriptions to be displayed as Critical Hit Accuracy, Critical Hit Power, and Critical Hit Dodge.
    • Friendship Token acquisition methods will now be displayed in the Friendship Token Shop.
    • Season end date will now be included in the Honor Points Rank info.
    • Opening the Item Fusion UI will now select the All tab by default.
      • Right clicking on a fusion item to open the UI will show you the list of items that use this fusion item as a material.
    • When searching Level 1 and 2 Runestones at the Marketplace, the system will no longer search when you select the stats when searching.
    • Fixed an issue where the Enhancement UI would show information about adding Runestone Slots when enhancing Armlets.
    • The world map minimap for certain content will now show changed equipment items as the rewards being displayed on the map.
    • Added a system message that appears when you try to use gestures in regions where Odin’s Arbitration effect is applied. The message will explain that you cannot use gestures.
  • System
    • When Battlefield or Dungeon Party Matchmaking is completed while the game is minimized, the taskbar will now blink and make a sound notification.
    • Character slots can now be expanded up to 9 slots.
